Eefje is a movement professional, founder and co-owner of Pilates Noord, and mother of two living in Amsterdam-Noord. Chronic pain led her from a career as a designer and illustrator into movement work. She’s now a pilates teacher and personal trainer — entrepreneurship runs in her blood.
