WHAT IS ECONNECT?
ECOnnect is a space where titles stay at the door and humans show up fully — grounded, open, and real. Because the most powerful connections don’t happen role to role, they happen heart to heart.
2026 THEME: CELEBRATING DIFFERENCES
A forest doesn’t thrive because every tree is the same. It thrives because of the fungi, the moss, the oak and the wildflower: different beings, holding each other up.
This year, we’re bringing that into the room. Here, a CEO sits beside a dreamer. A healer listens to a leader. A stranger who sees the world completely differently becomes someone who gets it. Because growth rarely happens where everyone agrees.
Where cross-minded meets like-minded. Come as a human. Leave as family.

PAST & PRESENT FEATURED FACILITATORS
Movement teachers, healers, coaches and entrepreneurs: different paths, one shared intention. Here's who's holding space for you this year.
Mathijs Kuil
Connecting with people’s stories, building creative storytelling principles and bringing an energetic presence on any stage is what makes me excited. Having worked in the startup field for years, and being an avid fan of Toastmasters, I now bring my energy, experience and knowledge to others, so that they too can become more confident and efficient speakers.
Josefine-Hermine Levers
Josefine-Hermine Levers is a holistic nutritional scientist and the founder of “Endlich unbeschwert.” Shaped by her own journey with histamine intolerance, she guides clients through personalised coaching towards more ease in body and everyday life. At the festival, she leads a meditation to help you arrive in the present moment and joins the panel “Uncomfortable Rooms grow better businesses”, sharing how stepping into discomfort can spark clarity, resilience and growth.
Giorgia Giannini
Giorgia Giannini is an Italian writer, poet, and visual storyteller based in Amsterdam. She’s the author of Rubik, a poetry and photography book exploring vulnerability, identity, and the different, sometimes contradictory versions of ourselves. Through writing, workshops and film, she explores what it means to be human, especially the feelings and experiences we don’t always know how to put into words. At the heart of her work is the belief that we don’t have to experience the world in the same way to find something of ourselves in one another.
Emily Kloos
Emily bridges the worlds of leadership development, systemic coaching, and holistic practices. Drawing on her corporate background, she creates spaces for reflection, connection, and transformation, combining systemic insights with embodied practices. Rooted in the belief that leadership starts from within, she invites people to look beyond familiar patterns, reconnect with their essence, and turn self-awareness into conscious action. At Econnect Festival, she explores what it means to choose a new direction without betraying the person you’ve been.
Karin Foschetti
Karin is an Italian Yoga and Pilates teacher based in Amsterdam and a former professional contemporary dancer. Her teaching combines attention to alignment and movement with curiosity, body awareness and kindness towards ourselves. She encourages students to take time to explore each posture and find what works for their own bodies. At ECOnnect, she’ll share a Slow Flow Vinyasa practice centered on mindful movement, breath and finding your own rhythm.
Anne Gélébart
Anne Gélébart is a leadership and team coach, coach supervisor and facilitator who is passionate about helping people connect more deeply with themselves and others. Her approach blends coaching with systemic and somatic practices, movement and play. A passionate improv student, Anne loves how improvisation invites us to be present, listen, let go of control and discover each other differently. Based in Amsterdam, she is also a Pilates teacher, Aikido practitioner, mum of two, foodie and concert geek — and firmly believes that connection doesn’t always have to be serious!
Laurie Foulon
Laurie Foulon – Creator of Healing Waves: energy healing experiences infused with Yoga bodywork and Body Poetry guidance.
She holds friends on the self development path through private and group sessions, combining energy transmission through her hands with deep somatic sensations. Her love for words and creation of safe spaces allow for deep release through the body, mind and spirit. Her Yin Yoga classes transmit nervous system reset and recovery.
Zuzana Vrbova
Born in Prague, shaped by the world: Zuzana is a certified fitness performance trainer and nutrition coach. Her health and fitness journey started at university and took her from competitive swimming all the way to Singapore, where she completed her personal training education, before returning to the Netherlands. She now lives and coaches people who are on their fitness journey in Amsterdam. Zuz wants to help people feel strong, confident, and at home in the gym. Strength training for her is a tool for feeling good both physically and mentally.
Margo Boske
Being passionate about reconnecting people with their body, emotions and higher self in a grounding way, Margo’s work includes different forms of meditation, sound & energy healing and movement practices as well as coaching. All inviting us back into an embodied, authentic wholeness within ourselves and in our connection with others and nature.

Lena Heuel
Connection & Leadership Coach, Social Scientist, Media Specialist, and Pilates Instructor. I’m 32-years young and deeply passionate about teamwork—the genuine, self-responsible kind that sparks innovation and creates new ways of living together.
My journey began in a small town in West Germany and has taken me across the world—learning from different cultures, industries, and people. I’ve worked inside a 200+ year-old legacy company (Carl Zeiss), a fast-paced media agency (Mediacom Düsseldorf), and at various health hubs and studios across the Netherlands, Canada, and Australia.
More importantly, I’ve had the honor of working with over 1,000 clients—each one contributing to my ongoing “field research” on what it means to lead with integrity, presence, and emotional maturity. My mission is to co-create tools, spaces, and experiences that redefine leadership through deep connection, clarity, and courageous communication.
Outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors with friends, exploring new places, or diving into sports and soul-led adventures. I’m a social bird by nature—always curious about how we can deepen our interconnection and build the future more consciously, together.
