I’m Lena Heuel, and I’ve been building ecosystems—internal and external—for 5 years as a Solopreneur.
I never set out to be a “mastermind leader”
I’m a systems thinker, a relational architect, a believer in wholehearted leadership.
Business is just the container where transformation happens.
For most of my life, I felt the tension between what I knew was possible and the structures I was trying to build it in…
Structures that weren’t designed for integrity. For depth. For the kind of leadership that doesn’t burn out or sell out.
This tension forced me to study what actually holds—what creates sustainable growth, relational power, and businesses that don’t require you to abandon yourself to succeed.
