… said one of my teachers the other day 🥹

It’s the time when we come back from summer,
back to our routines, possibly confronting
life situations that are not as pleasant
as all the sunshine, the warmth
and comfort of a free schedule..

we get thrown right back into it.
realizing the hard, heavy truth of reality.

but does it need to be that way?
hard truth? heaviness …? waiting for the next
time off to arrive?
or can we also invite
FUN, ADVENTURE & LIGHTNESS?

Fun people who make you laugh so that your belly hurts,
Adventurous plans that are scary but SO exciting,
lightness and playfulness with life’s circumstances!!

The hard truth in that though: it requires your everything. It requires you to say NO to a lot of things, projects, people and festivities. And YES to your heart, your intuition, your gut feeling - yes to your potential ✨

When will you decide to change the

In other worlds, NLP is how we use the basic language of our mind to consistently achieve the results we want in life!! 🏹

Yesterday, I was talking about how a single belief can be shifted by using NLP tools. It explains how our reality can be changed, by changing our filters.
⁣⁣⁣
How? Each day, we’re exposed to over 2 mio bits of information that we take in through our senses (see neuro in post slides ).

Out of these 2 mio, we’re only aware of 126 bits of information because our mind deletes, distorts and generalizes them for us so we’re not overwhelmed.

This process is based on our individual filters (time, location, mood, meta programs, memories, decisions, BELIEFS, values, identity) and creates our internal representation. >> Our internal representation is how we see our world. And this ultimately affects our state (how we feel), which in turn affects our behavior & our actions. ⁣⁣⁣

Therefore, we can create an upward spiral = positive impact = WE WANT THIS! ✨ or a downward spiral = no no no, we are better than this!⁣ :p
⁣⁣
NLP is so powerful, because we (1) know more about ourselves & (2) can change/work on our internal filter aka. create long-lasting change.

First time traveling alone overseas, back in 2017,

First time traveling alone overseas, back in 2017, I was crying my eyes out at the airport. Leaving everything and everyone behind, my friends, my family, job titles, university, the system I was raised in… basically taking a BIG leap of faith, with purely my backpack and one destination in my head: adventure 🌎

I didn’t know anyone over there, had only my first 3 nights booked, and a stopover in the UAE 🙃 was I scared? was I uncomfortable at times? oh yes!! very much so!!

I felt alienated as an european woman in an arabic country, with broken English at that time, and no internet except for in the malls: yes i had some scary and fearful moments, my parents would have not loved to hear about at that time :p

7 years down the road, I can say it was one of the best decisions I ever made!!

Why? Because it taught me so so much on how to live life on my own. To manage everything from finding a shelter, food, and a safe environment to finding new friends, jobs and the next destination(s).

It helped me to find purpose.
My purpose.

Far from any expectations my parents or friends might have had, the school system had planned out for me or the conventional road would suggest.

True Leadership starts right there. At your doorstep. Having the courage to walk the road that scares you. But excited you at the same time. The road that hasn’t been travelled before. Not in your family or close environment.

The road without a leader who’s taking you on their hand.

Because it’s you.
You are the leader.
Of your own destiny. Of your own life adventures. And it’s calling you to pack your bags light.

It’s time.
To take your dreams serious.
And don’t settle for any less.

Believing in the WHAT,
without attaching to the HOW.
Trusting into a boomerang effect >> It will come back.
It’s a matter of time, but you can only collapse time by trusting in it. what do you wanna experience for the rest of this year? 🚀

You commit, by believing in it.
And you believe, by seeing, feeling and visualizing it.

It’s how the subconscious works. In symbols and metaphors.

So instead of complaining, judging and analyzing the pros and cons,
instead of commanding by thinking and feeling and acting the way you’re used to,
