By taking a moment to reflect on how someone’s behavior triggers you…(or simply bothers you) you can gain valuable insight into where you’re being challenged 🥰

If the person’s behavior triggers extreme emotions in you, it’s likely something you need to explore and work on 👀It’s a sign that there’s deeper work to be done within yourself!!

However, if you’re mostly fine with the behavior but prefer not to be confronted by it because it goes against how you would want to treat yourself, then your boundary is coming
from a place of abundance not fear 🤌🏼

And in this case, your boundary can be set with much more love and kindness, as it reflects your personal values and the respect you have for yourself ♥️

This distinction is crucial because when we approach boundaries from a place of self love
and understanding,
we create more peaceful,
constructive spaces
& relationships for ourselves.
and others!!

It’s not about pushing people away; it’s about protecting your emotional wellbeing while allowing space for personal growth and healing 🙏🏽

Changing the current status quo can bring up deep

Changing the current status quo can bring up deep fears and triggers. It’s not always easy to break free from old narratives when it means:

👉🏼Facing judgment
👉🏼Disappointing others
👉🏼 Showing your true self
👉🏼 Risking rejection
👉🏼 Letting go of what feels “safe” or comfortable

Our limiting beliefs, our negative self talk, self sabotage or judgement - often rooted in past or childhood experiences - they keep us small.
they keep us isolated and at distance.
to ourselves. Our selfs.
and the life, the relationship,
the business we’d actually like to live.

The actual game changer is the inner work. Where you see, accept and alchemise all parts of you ♥️

We all have ‘weird’ or ‘imperfect’ traits

We all have ‘weird’ or ‘imperfect’ traits we try to cover up, but those are the very things that connect us to others & help us grow together as a team 🙏🏽   My own struggle with blushing for instance
used to make me feel less than,
made me hide on the restroom,
run away or judge myself internally 🫠

which eventually led more and more into isolation
and made it worse.

Doing the inner work, inner child healing,
movement and tapping helped me to lead myself in it,
when searching for those situations again

not only did it improve my self talk
but also the community I’ve build by
opening up about my struggles and fears 🫶🏼

it’s been helpful
in life, in business, in my relationships.

can definitely recommend it ♥️

It’s in our imperfections
that we find our true essence
and the chance to innovate the planet 🪐

The past year I got to learn to sharpen my gaze and follow my intuition unapologetically. It’s this very calm, neutral and certain feeling which tells you “THIS is what I want to do now” 🪷

Essentially, it’s the voice inside of you that starts talking once your monkey brain is calm & your inner child relaxed.
How to get your monkey brain calm though?  > check one of my recent posts in which I dive deeper into that.

At the same time, breaking the habit of DOING IT ALL,
requires an honest look at the current inventory 🤍

Because, depending how long you’ve been neglecting that inner voice,
and acted mainly on opinions of others,
out of fear or desire to fit in,
the more silent this voice might be 👀

Unpacking it, getting to know the current inventory, the current narrative, requires space. Which sometimes looks as simple as blocking out empty pockets of time. 45-60 minutes on the couch… 🤌🏼

With my clients I go through body activations, EFT tapping, confronting questions and/or a hypnosis session, to get to the core of it all. NLP helps then to re-program the still present narrative!!

Uncomfortable? Yes. Does it require commitment? Yes.
But if the outcomes are grounded confidence,
Trust, total self acceptance and
an open field for connection,

“It’s only gonna work if you do it more often,

“It’s only gonna work if you do it more often, isn’t it?!”
She said at yesterday’s workshop & hit a very important aspect of vision mapping.

Last year at this time I could have never imagined where I would be at now. And yet I did. And then again, and again.

I remember very vividly how Gianni and I sat up there, watching the sunrise on Aruba, reflecting on the year that past and what’s ahead of us.

We both hit our goals - and even exceeded our expectations!! I mean, looking at Gianni too, he was just finishing his traineeship with no guaranteed landing job yet, and now he’s leading a production line of 20+ people!! 🥹♥️

I was at a point in which I got my main income from weekly Pilates classes, working for 5 different studios & now swapped it around with retreats, workshops, 1:1 pilates & long term coaching clients who I am incredibly proud of!!

And I definitely had my doubts, losses, dept and fears running the show! I had many days when I felt like a complete failure, felt I lost everything and anyone ..

And yet, it’s what was necessary to birth a new identity again. And again.

Meaning, following through & doing the inner work, the belief system calibration (it’s honestly so powerful), the inner child healing, the massive confrontations I signed up for when working with my coach @liza.leiss together, the 100% commitment, radical self acceptance & so much more …

I 100% agree, it didn’t come from one vision board / reflection session.

Its because we lock it in,
Work on it, daily,
Commit 100% to what we’re here for to do
Where we can contribute the best 💛

And I know we all have it.
That little spark.

So let this be your reminder, to pick yourself up, to put in the work, even if it’s painful sometimes.
