What if your goal wasn’t about proving anything—but actually feeling everything?
That little joy you get when you imagine the life you want?
The slow mornings.

The freedom to choose.
That’s not silly.
That’s your system asking for a new reward loop.

So start rewarding progress, not perfection.

attention doesn’t make the fear go away.
It often just makes the fear louder.
But shifting your attention—that’s where the magic is.

“I might mess it up…”

I used to think people pleasing was all about them

I used to think people pleasing was all about them.
Making others happy. Keeping clients satisfied.
Being the “good one” on the team or in the room.

But here’s what flipped the switch for me:
People pleasing is actually a strategy to meet my own needs 🫠🫠🫠

The need to feel safe.
The need to be liked, validated, needed.
The need to avoid discomfort or confrontation.

And once I saw that—it changed everything.
Because if it’s my need I’m trying to meet…
then I get to choose a new way to meet it!!
That’s new found power 🤗

In business, this might look like:
👉🏼 saying yes to projects you don’t actually want
👉🏼 undercharging or over-delivering
👉🏼 holding back hard feedback from team members
👉🏼 showing up online the way you think you should, not the way that feels true…

And let’s be honest - it’s sneaky 🙃
Because people pleasing often hides behind “professionalism” - being of service” -
or “doing the right thing”

This short moment, I remember, when my mum held me in her arms, crying goodbye, I was wondering…
What am I doing?
Is this too big?
My mind tried to talk me down.
Talk me out of it.
Tried to convince me…

This is too big, Lena
Be realistic.
Go back.

My mind wanted to retreat.
Not because I didn’t care,
but because my nervous system was fired.

And I jumped anyways. Honestly? Best decision ever.
Found my breadcrumb “Pilates instructor” over there 🤝

Nowadays, I know.
It’s less about “too big” or “too small”
It’s about self-trust.
Alignment & Regulation of ur own system <3

Because the thing is,
I might not be backpacking through hostels atm, meeting new people around every corner… (I mean it’s different 😝)
but I am stepping into rooms, ideas, and dreams that feel just as WILD.

Do I know exactly what I’m doing
hosting retreats, events, coaching 1:1
or recording a podcast?
Absolutely Not.
But I’m doing it anyway.

I’m in it.
I’m living it.
Right now.

And so can you 🙏🏽

That edge you’re feeling?
Maybe it’s not “too” big.
Maybe you’re on to something big!!
Maybe it’s just your next becoming.
