Growing up, I often found myself in the mediator r

Growing up, I often found myself in the mediator role. I couldn’t stand seeing the people I loved so deeply struggle to find common ground 💔
 So I started searching for answers.
Through my degree in social sciences, I dove into human behavior, anthropology, cultural conditioning—learning how we react, protect, defend… And how real communication only begins when we pause all that. When we stop trying to be right… And start listening. Listening to understand—not to respond.

Then came the world. I traveled. I listened. I did my own field research, if you want to call it that. And I brought it back into my body—into my movement, my Pilates practice, and later, into my coaching work.
Because reading the room starts with reading yourself.
 With knowing your body’s signals. With realigning your joints, your breath, your nervous system—so you’re not reacting from a place of chaos, but responding from calm ✨

That’s how I’ve learned to move through difficult conversations…
Like the time my dad judged me for my tattoo. Or when I had to walk away from a toxic relationship. Or when I faced financial shutdown and still showed up, grounded.

Movement and nature saved me. They regulate me. And from that space—I can communicate. Calm. Collected. Clear.
