It’s something we all gradually get to grow into.
When moving out of our parents home, leaving school or university,
and especially when venturing on the path of entrepreneurship.

It requires both, inner strength and resilience,
to navigate the ups and downs of life with
a sense of purpose and alignment.

Which is why my coaching focuses on clarity through (Self) connection - helping you to identify your north star, aligning your actions to your desires, with ease, grace & flow.

Because I know how difficult it can be, trying to hit ALL the boxes AND leading from a heart wide open. Difficult to meet yourself lovingly, when the self judgment sits on your shoulders, whispering „you should have done more“. Difficult to lead in integrity, when the critics come around, causing you to go into fight mode.

And I am here to help you.

When we venture on a path that’s unconventional

When we venture on a path
that’s unconventional
a path that’s not the norm
that’s simply different to the majority
in the current environment

If that’s entrepreneurship
If that’s veganism
If that’s a 4 days work week
If that’s moving abroad

we face the critics
we face judgment
we face our own doubts
we face our fears.

I’ve seen it with my clients
and seen it for myself.

The crucial aspect in this is though,
to understand that those differences in life choices & pathways
are neither right or wrong.

They are just different.

>> So the next time you feel you’re being judged
or judge someone’s life choices,
I encourage you to STAY CURIOUS.

Seek to UNDERSTAND the other party,
their experiences, their struggles and perspectives.
If that’s the person who’s eating meat,
or the one who chose to cut it out of their diet.

Curiosity, in this context,
helps us resist the urge to “fix” people or
solve their „problems“
Instead, it fosters an environment
of mutual respect,
where people feel heard and validated.

Ultimately, the cure to feeling lonely or alone with
unconventional pathways,
is to open up about your differences.
and REMAIN OPEN.
To not shy away & fully own it. With both feet in it.
Despite all critics, doubts, fears or judgement that might come your way.

You are in the process of figuring it out.
And that’s not only brave, courageous and vulnerable,
but also invites innovation, growth and evolution.

…we might avoid the very situation that could help us respond from a calmer, more emotionally mature place.

By taking a moment to reflect on how someone’s behavior triggers you…(or simply bothers you) you can gain valuable insight into where you’re being challenged 🥰

If the person’s behavior triggers extreme emotions in you, it’s likely something you need to explore and work on 👀It’s a sign that there’s deeper work to be done within yourself!!

However, if you’re mostly fine with the behavior but prefer not to be confronted by it because it goes against how you would want to treat yourself, then your boundary is coming
from a place of abundance not fear 🤌🏼

And in this case, your boundary can be set with much more love and kindness, as it reflects your personal values and the respect you have for yourself ♥️

This distinction is crucial because when we approach boundaries from a place of self love
and understanding,
we create more peaceful,
constructive spaces
& relationships for ourselves.
and others!!

It’s not about pushing people away; it’s about protecting your emotional wellbeing while allowing space for personal growth and healing 🙏🏽

Changing the current status quo can bring up deep

Changing the current status quo can bring up deep fears and triggers. It’s not always easy to break free from old narratives when it means:

👉🏼Facing judgment
👉🏼Disappointing others
👉🏼 Showing your true self
👉🏼 Risking rejection
👉🏼 Letting go of what feels “safe” or comfortable

Our limiting beliefs, our negative self talk, self sabotage or judgement - often rooted in past or childhood experiences - they keep us small.
they keep us isolated and at distance.
to ourselves. Our selfs.
and the life, the relationship,
the business we’d actually like to live.

The actual game changer is the inner work. Where you see, accept and alchemise all parts of you ♥️

We all have ‘weird’ or ‘imperfect’ traits

We all have ‘weird’ or ‘imperfect’ traits we try to cover up, but those are the very things that connect us to others & help us grow together as a team 🙏🏽   My own struggle with blushing for instance
used to make me feel less than,
made me hide on the restroom,
run away or judge myself internally 🫠

which eventually led more and more into isolation
and made it worse.

Doing the inner work, inner child healing,
movement and tapping helped me to lead myself in it,
when searching for those situations again

not only did it improve my self talk
but also the community I’ve build by
opening up about my struggles and fears 🫶🏼

it’s been helpful
in life, in business, in my relationships.

can definitely recommend it ♥️

It’s in our imperfections
that we find our true essence
and the chance to innovate the planet 🪐
