This short moment, I remember, when my mum held me in her arms, crying goodbye, I was wondering…
What am I doing?
Is this too big?
My mind tried to talk me down.
Talk me out of it.
Tried to convince me…

This is too big, Lena
Be realistic.
Go back.

My mind wanted to retreat.
Not because I didn’t care,
but because my nervous system was fired.

And I jumped anyways. Honestly? Best decision ever.
Found my breadcrumb “Pilates instructor” over there 🤝

Nowadays, I know.
It’s less about “too big” or “too small”
It’s about self-trust.
Alignment & Regulation of ur own system <3

Because the thing is,
I might not be backpacking through hostels atm, meeting new people around every corner… (I mean it’s different 😝)
but I am stepping into rooms, ideas, and dreams that feel just as WILD.

Do I know exactly what I’m doing
hosting retreats, events, coaching 1:1
or recording a podcast?
Absolutely Not.
But I’m doing it anyway.

I’m in it.
I’m living it.
Right now.

And so can you 🙏🏽

That edge you’re feeling?

Tears are healthy ✨ I welcome them. I cry often

Tears are healthy ✨

I welcome them.
I cry often.
I feel myself.

I feel into the pain.

I hold my heart, and let the tears run.
Because if I don’t let them run —
They run me.

They run my relationships.
And slowly, they pull me into isolation.

So what helped me shift?

>> Compassion
(Yep, I had to Google that word
first time 3 years ago 😝)

>> A safe environment.
One that welcomes
emotional connection.

>> Mindset shifts like:
“Tears are strength”
“Tears open the door to vulnerability”

And vulnerability?
That’s where deeper connection lives!!
That’s where teamwork thrives &
That’s where co-creation and innovation begin.

Tears are what make us human ♥️

Tears help me heal.
And lead — in life, and in business — wholeheartedly.

Because here’s the truth:
Your wounded child
has nothing to do in your business.

And the sooner you realize that,
the more you allow your emotions to come through …
the better your business, your revenue, your client relationships, and your growth will be.

Because it’ll be built on a solid foundation.

Not fear. Not lack.

I get it—this work isn’t always tangible. It’s not a new phone, bike, book or any product you can hold in your hands…
 And yet, it is something that will change how you hold yourself, your boundaries, your vision, and your relationships ✨

Here’s what many don’t see:
You can cry with a friend. You can vent. You can feel seen. And that’s beautiful
- and at the same time, it’s not the same.

A coach or therapist doesn’t just comfort you. They call you forward 🏹 They hold the uncomfortable mirror. They ask the question your friend won’t. They don’t let you explain your way out of your own potential.

I’ve spent my reasonable share of time on studying human behavior at university, from books, and education programs, leading groups, and walking through the fire of my own growth—again and again.
 This isn’t just what I “do”
It’s who I am. It’s in my being.

Coaching isn’t a pep talk.
It’s not advice. It’s collaboration, reflection, disruption, and deep mirroring— so you can meet parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding.

And no, it’s not free. Because it takes real emotional labor. Real presence.
To identify the root and place the hammer exactly where it triggers the tractor to run again
(learned that in my economics lectures back at university - more in my stories 👀👀) And because when people pay, they commit.
