I’m Lena Heuel, and I’ve been building ecosystems—internal and external—for 5 years as a Solopreneur.
I never set out to be a “mastermind leader”
I’m a systems thinker, a relational architect, a believer in wholehearted leadership.
Business is just the container where transformation happens.
For most of my life, I felt the tension between what I knew was possible and the structures I was trying to build it in…
Structures that weren’t designed for integrity. For depth. For the kind of leadership that doesn’t burn out or sell out.
